The Sepulchre of Swami Bodhananda Swami Bodhananda was the most prominent disciple of the Guru who was announced as the successor to the Guru on ME 1101 Kanni 11 (1925). But, on the fourth day after the Guru’s Mahasamadhi, Swami Bodhananda passed away at 3. 30 a.m. While gliding into Samadhi, he said that ‘Gurudev was calling me’. As the tomb of a man who had fought an incessant war against untouchability and the practice of defilement, this deserves special respect. The modern construction of this beautiful sepulchre was completed in 2017. Swami Bodhananda composed several works in Malayalam.
